INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Pharmacy that owns this website, whose identification and contact details are listed at the bottom of this page (hereinafter, the "Pharmacy"), in its capacity as data controller, provides the following information pursuant to European and Italian legislation on the protection of personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The personal data you provide us through any forms available on this site will be processed exclusively to manage your reservation request for the products you are interested in, which you may subsequently purchase, or to manage other requests you may make. Data processing is based on the need to carry out pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Duration of treatment

Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to respond to requests received, without prejudice to any additional period necessary to resolve disputes or questions arising from bookings. For technical and organizational reasons, processing may be extended by 30 days beyond the above-mentioned deadlines.

Mandatory nature of data provision

Providing your data via the form is necessary to allow us to manage your product reservations. Failure to provide this data will prevent the Pharmacy from processing your reservations.

Scope of data communication

The collected data will not be disclosed, but may be shared with authorized internal personnel and with public or private entities, where requested, including following inspections or audits. If third parties process data on behalf of the Pharmacy, they will be appointed as data processors through a specific contractual or legal agreement.

Transfer of data outside the European Union

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.

Rights of interested parties

You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification if inaccurate, erasure, or restriction of processing where applicable. You can also object to data processing and request data portability, where processing is based on consent or a contract. You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
